Training Overview

በሥራ አፈፃፀም ምዘናና እና በፌዴራል ሠራተኞች እዋጅ ላይ የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ስልጠና ተሰጠ። በ2018 በጀት ዓመት ግማሽ ዓመት የሥራ ክንውን ሪፓርት ቀረበ።

Awareness training has been given on performance evaluation and federal employees declaration. The Ethiopian National Theater’s executives and team leaders received training on the newly implemented performance assessment and the Federal Government Employees Proclamation No. 1353/2017.

The training covered objectives of work culture, solution finding, discipline, transparency, and honesty. The first half-year report for 2018 E.C. was presented by strategic and planning executive Mr. Beyene Gonfu. Director Dr. Bareke Tadesse provided direction on the next tasks to be implemented.

The Great House of Ethiopia National Theater delegates accepted the call of love, peace, reconciliation and graduation and have been traveling by air since January 04/2018 E.C. to achieve its institutional mission, South West Region, West Omo Zone, Goldia, under the sky of Jemu, they are married with natural experience, Digia Theater. In the land where the pillar was buried, he was inaugurated in front of his parents.

High-Level Visit and Museum Tour

በክብርት ወ/ሮ ወርቀሰሙ ማሞ የጤና ማህበራዊ ጉዳዮች ባህልና ስፖርት ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ሰብሳቢ የተመራ ልዑክ ታህሳስ 21 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ቴአትር በመገኘት ጉብኝትና ምልከታ አደረገ። የቋሚ ኮሚቴው አባላት የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ቴአትር 70ኛ ዓመቱን ተንተርሶ በቴአትር ቤቱ የተቋቋመውን የፎቶና የአልባሳት ሙዚየም ጎብኝተዋል።

A presentation titled “The 8-year success journey of the Ethiopian National Theater and strategic issues that require future attention” was given by Director Dr. Bareke Tadesse. Honorable Workesemu Mamo noted that the leadership is in a state of change and emphasized the importance of digitalizing written documents and monitoring the construction of the new theater building.
