Modern Theatre Complex Opens in Addis Ababa

Modern and Inspiring Theatre in Our City – A Visit Took Place

On September 30, 2018 (E.C.), based on an invitation extended by the Ethiopian National Theatre, the Addis Ababa City Theatre Houses Administration organized a visit for art professionals and members of the General Council to the newly built Children and Youth Theatre Art Complex.

This modern theatre and cinema complex is a contemporary facility built to high standards, serving as a platform to nurture a generation enriched with art and culture. Visitors noted that it plays a significant role in inspiring and shaping future generations.

During the visit, Mr. Bareke Tadesse, Director General of the Ethiopian National Theatre, expressed gratitude to Addis Ababa Mayor Adanech Abebe and all contributors for their support in completing the project.
