The Ethiopian National Theater’s executives and team leaders have been given an awareness training on the newly implemented performance assessment and the Federal Government Employees Proclamation No. 1353/2017 and the guidelines for recruitment and selection.
The training was given by Civil Service Commission’s management desk Mr. Sadudin Temam Musu and Human Resource Law Matching expert Mr. Ayele Demise.
In the training about performance evaluation, objectives and implementation of the work culture, solution finding, discipline, transparency, honesty and values that employees should follow, their interaction with the results and performance of work has been revived.
