Awareness training was provided for work leaders around support and monitoring theory

November 2, 2018 E.C Addis Ababa Institutional Change Executive Training on the Concept of Support and Monitoring was given to the Ethiopian National Theatre for business leaders. The training focused on the concept and process of monitoring and evaluation, the role of various components in the construction and sustainability of the monitoring and evaluation system. It is important to note that the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan is a system in which the gap is checked and the expected results are achieved, and the expected results are achieved, explained by Mr. Desalegn Ayalew. At the conclusion of the training, the Director General of the Ethiopian National Theatre, Mr. Barake Tadesse, said that theater and music are the key work of the institution.
