Artist Asselefech Bekele – Our Cultural Icon Rested in Peace

An veteran artist Aselefech Bekele who gave her talent to the art sector since childhood without hesitation has passed away.

The beloved artist Aslefech Bekele has been tired of cultural music and theater since she was a child until she was retired. She is a great artist who served without saying I am tired of it. She will leave a bright mark in the history of Ethiopian art.

This great artist has traveled all over Ethiopia and different foreign countries and built the image of her country in the field of culture and art, and introduced her country to the world.

Artist Aselefech Bekele passed away in America on March 10th 2018 E.C. and the funeral is expected to be held in the Ethiopian National Theater in the presence of her family, colleagues and fans.
