130th Adwa Victory Day Anniversary

The 130th Adwa Victory Day was celebrated in Ethiopian National Theater around the square with historical songs and musical theater.

The program was presented by the Ethiopian National Theater Ezra Cultural Music Group and the historical play “Dagmawi Adwa”, the holiday was celebrated with a lot of national and historical songs.

The theater director Dr. Mr. Bareke Tadess who gave a speech to the audience who attended the Adwa victory commemoration. Remember that the victory of Adwa is the day of freedom for all the people.

The director stated that the theater is the first time celebrating Adwa victory in public said that our forefathers have made history and gave us the first victory regardless of race, ethnicity and religion. The greatest renaissance dam that is alive today is Adwa II for this generation.

The director who stated that Bahir Gate is an inevitable victory for the people of Ethiopia, said that as the Ethiopian National Theater, we need to work hard and work together in the field of arts to ensure the success of the victory.
